Was being overcharged for service it’s and when I questioned it, it was negotiated into the purchase. Last, dealer had the car for almost a week but called me after three days stating completion. When we picked up the vehicle, we asked why it wasn’t detailed as promised. They only offered that if we could hang around they could get to it. I avoided this survey several times but since I kept getting texts asking for it to be completed, I did. More

Shaun is my new servise advisor other service guy was no longer there. I Remember years ago I never had to make appointment for oil change., but guess it’s changed. or different times now. They use too have 2 people at service desk and it says on sign quick oil change or something like that.. it had been awhile since my last time at service. The $14.95 coupon was fantastic. While Maurice was showing me the new mustang 5.0 he also helped with service for my 2016 Ford Fusion titanium. I have purchased 4 vehicles from elder ford Tampa and my neighbor across the street from me I put a note on there front door to go to elder ford Tampa and talk to maurice, Maurice has been my salesman for 4 yrs and he will always be my salesman and no one else.
