We initially wanted a 2017 Mustang and 2017 Fiesta, but the color we wanted for the Fiesta was not on the lot, they said they could find one if we so choose, then they wasted no time in stepping up and giving us a great deal on a 2017 Focus instead. A very poor experience at Elder Ford of Tampa Car just came from a trade so it hasn't been detailed or went through the 172 CPO inspection. Given a due bill that said the dealership owes the work of 172 CPO certification, tint, and detailing. I’ve Requested to leave car at dealership to take care of those issues and to fix the airbag light that was lit. Sales rep claimed that due to liability issues the car can not be kept on lot. I ended driving it the whole weekend where on I75 the steering wheel locked at 70 mph hour while getting of an exit. When placed the car in the shop for fixing the air bag light the sales rep claimed that the airbag was probably problematic and that no one should sit in the passenger seat. The car should not have been given to us with issues that require work after the sale. Tint was done on all 4 windows except the back one which they kept from the previous owner that is still damaged after being promised full replacement of tint. detailing done partially, had to walk in the dealership to get them to do it again which took two hours when no other people were in the dealership but us. Trying to get the car certified, as it says in the due bill, was denied by the sales rep claiming that the car was actually certified two months ago when it was traded and it was offered as a loan car to a radio guy. This is a fact that was not given to us at the time of purchase so even though it says to do so in the due bill the sales rep and the used car sales director denied running the car another 172 CPO inspection. Called the dealership asking for someone to help me out with the problem of 172 CPO, spoke to a sales manager, and he claimed he understands the problem and thinks I'm right and that he will check with service and call me back to get an appointment. We go to pick up the car from detailing and the sales manager claims that he never spoke to us, the used car sales director said that since the car was certified two months ago it will not be certified again, even if someone else drove it. The CPO states a full tank of gas and a fresh oil change/oil filter on delivery. I've received half a tank and 1500 miles left till the next service which when confronted with the sales rep I was answered with "use your (only) free oil change certificate" that I got from the dealership at the time of purchase. This could all have been avoided if I was treated as a costumer and not a pest. I just wanted what was promised to me at the time of signing. The bad deal I received is my responsibility since I am the one who signed it, but customer service afterwards was non-existent. More

We were greeted by Eric Thacker, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. We were in and out and left with exactly what we were looking for. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of ours patiently. Salesman like Eric deliver an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.
