They Address All of Your Concerns! I recently purchased a Roushcharged 2015 GT premium. I began having problems early on that were computer related to the supercharger kit. The service manager Dennis Russ was there every step of the way until a solution was found. The car was shipped to the Roush engineering center and I was flown up to verify the fix! No matter how upset I got or how frustrating the situation became, Dennis stayed positive and assured me that they would make sure it was taken care of. More

I normally cannot stand going to a dealership, because I feel like just a number or they are trying to push me to buy, so they can get me out the door and get on to the next number. It is not this way at Elder Ford. Jerry Clementi took his time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. We were first looking at just getting me into a 15 focus, which was an economical choice for me, over my SUV. Between Jerry and the finance team, including Geoff, they were able to get me into a 16 Fusion SE, with the appearance package. I've never really pushed to ever get a "toy" persay, when it comes to vehicles. I honestly could not be happier with this Fusion. I LOVE my new toy. With the experience I had, I hope that Terald, Carrie, and Jerry are there when I go to get my next vehicle. This is my 2nd one from Elder Ford, and I don't plan on buying a car, or truck, from anywhere else. More

I had the pleasure of corresponding with Naz Rodriguez for a couple of weeks and then I came in and Mauricio Rojo worked with me to find my perfect vehicle. I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently things got done. Mauricio took his time to explain everything to me and was very patient as he showed me several vehicles to choose from. He also took great care of me as he showed me how to work some of the features in my new car. I had a great experience here. Also, Ken Huckabee was very good at explaining the finance portion of the deal with me. Everyone here is so friendly and willing to please. I will recommend Elder Ford to my friends and family. Also, when I am in the market for my next vehicle, I'm definitely coming back here. Thanks, guys, for doing such a great job! More

New car purchase experience I first started on the internet with Ed Michaels and we met. We were considering a Ford Fiesta or Focus. He went over the pros of both and we settled on the Focus Titanium. Then we worked with both Ed and Oscar Penalver and chose the Tectonic Silver Titanium and are very glad we did. Oscar went over everything in the automobile very thoroughly. Never before have we had a salesperson take such time to make sure we saw everything the car had to offer. Ed Michaels and Oscar Penalver are extremely professional and helpful to the customer. I would highly recommend them for your next new car purchase. The truck I purchased was loaded with options, bells and whistles, I was totally unfamiliar with. He knew everything about each and every one of them without having to review notes or consult additional sales force associates. He helped in setting up the Ford Sync system and was courteous and attentive during the completion of the financial paperwork. More
