I came in to the store having already picked out a 2016 Explorer online to take a look at. I met Maurice in the showroom and he made the experience really easy. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & patient. I asked him a million questions and he seemed to enjoy answering everyone of them. In addition to the easy, no pressure price negotiation, F&I Manager (Nacer) offered me a better interest rate than I already had from my own Credit Union. GREAT JOB TEAM! More

Best experience buying a vehicle! My husband and I were literally sitting in Ferman Chevy looking through truecar when Joseph called me. We had done quite a bit of shopping online, tol My husband and I were literally sitting in Ferman Chevy looking through truecar when Joseph called me. We had done quite a bit of shopping online, told Joseph our situation, and he told us to come in. Which after the run around at Ferman for three hours we were ready to go anyway. We didn't know if we wanted an Explorer or F150, so to help us make up our minds, instead of picking the more expensive car and trying to sell us that one, he pulled both around and allowed us to pick through both until we made a decision. He, another salesman Greg, and the GM combed through the inventory three times until they found the truck with the options that mattered to us at the right price. They listened to what we needed instead of brushing it off. Never once did they say this is what we have take it or leave it, which I've heard before at more than one dealership. They wanted us to be happy, and when you spend that kind of money on a vehicle you better be happy with it or its a waste. I would not hesitate to go back to Elder Ford for any future purchases! If you want to be heard and have a quality experience with people giving it their all this is where you need to go. More
