I went to the dealership today to have my auto butler services done. Peter Nieves took excellent care of me. Delintz has been using Elder Ford service department for 20+ years. We are shocked at the deterioration of this dealership we are a small family owned business and has had one of our vans in service several 20+ years. We are shocked at the deterioration of this dealership we are a small family owned business and has had one of our vans in service several times over the last couple weeks. This has been for routine maintenance, brakes tires and most importantly a repair to the back door latch our technicians work out of the back of their vehicles. We were initially turned away from our first appointment. The service advisor told us they were too busy and we would have to come back the next week. We again took the vehicle out of operation the following week. The following day when we called to get the status we were told the service advisor did not come to work and nothing had been done, so the van stayed down another day parentheses day three after picking up the van and a $3000 ticket, we found that the back door latch was never replaced. No one returned our repeated calls. We went back and spoke to the new GM, left the van again and it was resolved after the fourth visit. We then scheduled an appointment to have the AC serviced. Left it at the dealership on Thursday evening for a Friday morning appointment. On Monday morning we were told it had never been looked at. The incompetence of this dealership has caused a man several days of work and a loss of revenue for a small business. More
since ownership change I am very dissatisfied. Elder has been taking care of our fleet of 30 vehicles but now I am moving my business. we had a vehicle on order and it was sold from under is. had Elder has been taking care of our fleet of 30 vehicles but now I am moving my business. we had a vehicle on order and it was sold from under is. had a collision center appointment and Dealership not only cancelled but told me not taking on new appointments for at least a month leaving us high and dry. Negotiated prices went up once new ownership also. It’s a shame as we spent well over $100k within the past year and a half with Elder More
