Jennifer was excellent! I had to call a few times just to remind her for updates on my car but she was very busy and I was just grateful for the communication. The communication from the mechanic to service remind her for updates on my car but she was very busy and I was just grateful for the communication. The communication from the mechanic to service was rough and I ended up not getting my car serviced because I did not feel comfortable having him work on my car. My Ford Escape has only 50k miles on it and I’ve replaced the battery now three times. (Two from ford and the last one being a refurbished one because I’m blowing through batteries so fast). He said the battery was the issue and I was wrong about it being electrical but then he came back and said a code did come back for a bad wire. I also came in for a rotational sound and wobble I assumed was a bad barring, the mechanic said I needed four new tires with zero explanation. Both my parents worked tor Ford as a master tech and a warranty writer. They were really disappointed in my experience as well. Service was great, I’m sure the mechanic is too but the communication to service was poor. I drive a ford because I trust ford and my family trusts ford, I didn’t love my experience this time though. More
