Awful I was there at 7:55am. One lane was opened. I was the fifth car. A blue car came behind me. The guys that was out there, beckoned for the blue car to I was there at 7:55am. One lane was opened. I was the fifth car. A blue car came behind me. The guys that was out there, beckoned for the blue car to go into the second line first, then they told me to behind the blue car. That wasn’t right, I should’ve been the first one in the second lane. When the guy came to my car to ask me what I needed, I proceeded to ask him did they really just let the blue car go before me, and he said yes. Really??? They didn’t ask the lady or myself if we had appointments, they just told her to go in the second lane. That’s very unprofessional and will not be coming to Elder Ford for anything else. Please don’t call me about this survey or my thoughts. I am done. Bill Currie Ford will have my business going forward. More
