Lack of Communication I scheduled an appt. online through QuickLane, for 1pm, 10/2/18. We selected "any" service tech, and tried to request a tire balance and rotation, a I scheduled an appt. online through QuickLane, for 1pm, 10/2/18. We selected "any" service tech, and tried to request a tire balance and rotation, and oil change. The "quick lane" system kept defaulting to tire rotation so we left that as our 1pm appointment. When we arrived, we were received and told that a tech would be assigned to us. We were also told that it would take up to two hours for the oil change and tire balance/rotation. We added that we would appreciate a brake inspection. We sat in the lobby for over 2 1/2 hours before we finally went to the service desk and the tech that was assigned to us, didn't know we were assigned to him (at least that's what he told us). He went to check on the car and saw that the oil change was complete but the tire balance/rotation was taking a long time because "my tires are big"....it's an F-150, at a Ford dealer...truck tires shouldn't be particularly special service for techs there. We went back to the lobby and were finally approached at the 3 hour and 30 minute mark to let us know that the oil change and tires were done. When asked about the brakes, the rep said our brakes were in the green, so they were good. We were greeted nicely, the service rep was nice, but the actual service...prioritizing scheduled appointments, following up with the customer to let them know why it's taking extra time, offering them additional services...none of that happened. We bought the truck at Gator Ford but due to where you are in proximity to our home, we thought we would try Elder. Not a horrible experience because the people were friendly enough, but our time is valuable and we didn't feel like that was appreciated. More

Irresponsible jerks Brought my care in for a recall repair. They ended up damaging the interior of my car and were not willing to assume responsibility for the damage. Brought my care in for a recall repair. They ended up damaging the interior of my car and were not willing to assume responsibility for the damage. They accused me of it being there when I brought it to them. They flat out denied causing the damage! After several minutes of bickering back and forth, they stated “what do you want us to do?” I refused an offer of a repair as the gentleman they use for those types of incidents, advised it would never look the same as the rest of the car. So I requested financial restitution. They gave me what it would cost them to replace. I ended up with a mere $80 for a significant damage they caused that will devalue my car forever. More
