Scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2, and was told nothing about the fact that they were understaffed. got my car back just after 6, after waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours. I started asking about my car an hour into waiting and every time I got very rude responses, mainly from Toni, that made me feel like it was my fault that it was taking so long or my fault for needing an oil change or something. Avoid this dealer at all costs. There are plenty of good Ford dealers in the surrounding area. More

They do a pretty good job, but ? They do a pretty good job but always seem to forget something! Like the oil change sticker. One other time the call me for parts that were in when I got there they mostakingly sold them to another customer and had to reorder. Then I was in for oil change and tire rotation. When I got home my lug lock was missing. So I had to drive back to the dealer so they could match up a replacement. So like I said they always seem to forget something. More

They were better than I expected. I had a positive experience with the service department at Elder Ford, so much so that I bought a car from them. In getting two different cars service I had a positive experience with the service department at Elder Ford, so much so that I bought a car from them. In getting two different cars serviced within a week, I noticed that hundreds of dollars came off service estimates after the Service Manager had a talk with the Parts manager. Please make sure you ask for this. Otherwise, everyone In the Service Dept. was very professional, and very thoughtful. I will continue to go there, and I recommend you ask for Toni Governale; she is very smart and wants to do the best job she can for the customer. More

Above and beyond for the collision center for sure. Collision center was excellent. Timely return of my vehicle and very courteous. Body work and replacement partsall look like new.
