terrible service Had an appointment and it 2 hrs to get my Edge a oil change. The 2 years of going to elder their has not been without problems. The last time I notified ford and the had the customer service manager Migal resolve the problem.He is now gone. Elder goes through service mangers continuously.The ones they hire are clueless on the operation.They gave a free 15$ additive to help for waiting 2 hrs. not good enough. You think with the amount we are charge for extended warranty and your fees customer service be tops. More

I wish the hourly price for the work performed wasn’t so expensive. I went in for an oil change but need the oil filter and air filter changed as well. My bill went from $110 to $370 and some change. I do appreciate the service rep informing me about the transmission warranty offered (being that my power Tran warranty will be up in 6k miles). I plan to purchase this tranny warranty before my 100k is reached. I wouldn’t have otherwise known this was even available. More

Overcharged for Nothing Done Originally took my truck to a trusted mechanic...they changed the battery & alternator, then found the computer was draining the battery & alternator. Originally took my truck to a trusted mechanic...they changed the battery & alternator, then found the computer was draining the battery & alternator...unableto find a new computer, they put thetruck back to how it was to start with...I told that to your service consultant... He had your mechanic look for any other reason for the battery to drain, deciding the glovebox was overstuffed & the light was staying on & my radar detector (that shuts off after a few minutes when truck is shut off AND when the battery voltage drops too low) was draining it too...I was charged $440 for nothing done when the battery, alternator and computer should have all been replaced, & I would have only had to pay for the battery & $50 deductible for my CarMax warranty... After leaving with no repairs (& reinsured nothing was wrong with the battery or alternator) the battery light came on, & I noticed my car alarm brain was dangling above/in front of the pedals...I tried calling service department back, & someone told me the consultant I had worked with (not even the same one I started with) would call back right away...the truck's power died 2 days later (Sunday night) & I had to tow it home...I called back to complain & was told to tow it back, but I was responsible for that, & they don't fix alarms & wouldn't pay for it (cost me $100)...also, an antenna topper that I placed in the cupholder was found on the ground with a piece deliberately ripped off of it (& a replacement was unavailable)...I asked for a refund, & the next day was offered 1/2 the cost back...reluctantly, I accepted it... I have never had so many problems (& incompetence) from a dealership service center in my life, & will never willingly go back again... More

No words for the issues i experienced They did the work to the wrong truck... lost my keys... snd i ended up spending the whoke day trying to get it all figured out and riding in lyft.
