Hello, thank you for responding. I prefer to continue in writing so everything remains documented. My negative experience with the dealership was not a simple misunderstanding. There were several serious issues: The warranty claim was denied based on a contract I was never given and never signed. I was rushed through the purchase, and I never received the contract that was supposed to include the warranty. A claim was processed using an unsigned, nonexistent contract, which left me with over $15,000 in repairs. There was also an unrecorded phone call from you ,Dan that made me feel minimized and intimidated, and as a woman asserting my rights, I will not allow myself to be treated that way. I appreciate the attempt to “win customers for life,” but at this point I need clear solutions, not a phone call. Please provide the following in writing: 1. A detailed explanation of how a warranty claim was processed using a contract that was never signed or provided to me. 2. What steps will be taken to correct this error, considering the expenses and damages I have already incurred. 3. The name and position of the person who will be taking responsibility for this case.
