Customers must see their individual service “rep” in order to pick up their car. If the rep is off that day, they assign you to another rep who has to find your paperwork and check you out. Not a timely process Also, there is. $15 charge for shop supplies on top of the fully burdened labor rate. One would expect these charges to rolled up into the labor rate, but not at this shop. Marty Heiss was amazing I went in for service for my focus and Marty was just amazing and helpful. He ordered an Uber for me to get home. He then kept keeping track of progre I went in for service for my focus and Marty was just amazing and helpful. He ordered an Uber for me to get home.
