Oil Change! I want to start off by saying I’m like the easiest person to deal with and I literally just moved here from Michigan and explained this to the advisor I want to start off by saying I’m like the easiest person to deal with and I literally just moved here from Michigan and explained this to the advisor about how at Dorian ford that you didn’t have to make an appointment and you could just come in and get an oil change. The advisor said normally you should make an appointment but you might have to wait a “little bit longer.” No worries because I brought my lap top and can do some work on there. About 2 and a half hours later I get my escape back for just a simple oil change. If I would’ve had proper expectations of how long it was going to be I would’ve made an appointment for sometime that week and came back vs waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change. I feel my needs were not met and I just won’t come back period. Also I don’t really feel my vehicle was inspected at all either. I forgot I was going to ask for new wiper blades as they really need to be replaced and they didn’t even look at the vehicle for these things and when I got my escape back I was so frustrated for being there for so long I decided to not even bother to ask. More

Only Service The service end is awesome ! The Dealer end not a fan of.. wouldn’t buy I car or truck there! But I definitely trust the techs to get the job done on The service end is awesome ! Went there a few months back to get a truck through the dealer .. but they said they couldn’t get me in a truck . Went to Brandon .
