Had no appointment but was accommodated. My battery died and after a jumpstart I didn't want to risk shutting the engine down for fear it may not start again - called and service told me to b My battery died and after a jumpstart I didn't want to risk shutting the engine down for fear it may not start again - called and service told me to bring it in. Since I had no appointment and I could see they were busy I wasn't surprised it was going to be 2 1/2 to 3 hrs wait. I was given the option of being taken home but I elected to wait. Since I was there I requested oil change, the works package, and new wiper blades. It did take longer than 3 hours but I was kept advised of the progress and was grateful that I was accommodated with my last minute arrival. More
