Worked online with a sales person and we agreed to a price. When I was about to sign the deal, the numbers were not the same as we agreed to. Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent call with the finance manager. During the conversation, I felt somewhat pressured to purchase GAP insurance and a warranty. I explained that GAP coverage is already included in my car insurance, so it was not something I needed. I was also told that purchasing the warranty would increase my car note and that the information was being shared so I could make an “educated decision.” I found that comment concerning, as it implied my initial decision was not informed. I value respectful communication and would appreciate interactions that acknowledge and respect the decisions I’ve already made regarding my purchase. More
