I am born and raised in the Tampa area. I am a huge Tampa Bay Lightning and Rays fan. My number one goal for each and every one of my clients is to help them achieve every goal that they have, and make sure that they are 110 percent satisfied and happy. I started selling cars because of one specific time that my mom was not taken car of at a dealership. Since then, I set out to make sure that not only her, but anyone that I personally took care of, would never have to endure that. I set out to be fast, fair, and efficient with a no pressure environment.

Mitchell was the deal-sealer for me. I don't think I would've purchased a vehicle otherwise, truly kind, informative, well-informed and guided me through process from start to finish. Worked online with a sales person and we agreed to a price. When I was about to sign the deal, the numbers were not the same as we agreed to. They proceeded to argue with me, telling me they told me this and they told me that but in reality the sales person FAiLED to send me any updated numbers or justification for them More

Cars a/c has been intermittent which I called out in the CARFAX. No response from your service department. I also asked for my paperwork by mail which I have yet to receive over a month later. Hello, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent call with the finance manager. During the conversation, I felt somewhat pressured to purchase GAP insurance and a warranty. I explained that GAP coverage is already included in my car insurance, so it was not something I needed. I was also told that purchasing the warranty would increase my car note and that the information was being shared so I could make an “educated decision.” I found that comment concerning, as it implied my initial decision was not informed. I value respectful communication and would appreciate interactions that acknowledge and respect the decisions I’ve already made regarding my purchase. More
