I recently purchased a new car from Mitsubishi my salesman D'Andre Reno was so nice helpful and courteous. I'm very happy with the level of service I received. However, there is a referral program that Mitsubishi has I was contacted by D'Andre advising me that I was listed as a referral and I would be getting $100. But once the time came I never received a check and was told I was actually not on the listed referral. That was very disappointing and no customer friendly.
