Amazing Experience!!!!! I walked in ready to turn away and walk out because I just knew I wouldn't get approved due to my credit. Cody Ryan was the first person to approach me and my kids and immediately got to work trying to make our experience a great one. He did awesome!!!!!!!! Listened to me and worked a few different angles. I drove a 2018 Outlander Sport which was BEAUTIFUL and perfect!! And after several minutes and a few jokes later, the manager asked him to show me a different vehicle, 2017 Dodge Journey. About 30 min later I was approved and signing my papers. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. No pushing....no making me feel like I couldn't walk away. Cody was sweet, funny and very personable. He was great with my kids and included them in the sale. I'll definitely be going back there when it's time to upgrade 😊 thank you everyone at Elder Mitsubishi for everything you did.
