From the sales lady Esther, to the finance department I have never experienced such a caring sales staff which which includes even the general manager (Jim) who took it upon his self to make sure all of my needs were met! They were so helpful and wonderful staff to deal with. They were the most accommodating people helping me find and get into a new truck. They are absolutely the opposite of what most people say about car dealerships! I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else but the Elder dealerships. Despite all obstacles everyone pulled together and worked with lenders (all day 1pm to 10:30pm) to get me into a safe car! They were caring and pro in attitude and action. Thank you! More
