This was the biggest mistake ever and the employees were more concerned about selling a vehicle than anything. I made the purchase and my mom was supposed to be the co-signer but the paperwork had it all backwards and you had the nerve to send this to my mom without going over the paperwork to catch your mistakes. My credit was ok and my mom credit is perfect and yet my interest rate was super high. I was going to keep it long enough to refinance but then I realized all the mistakes and games. I couldn't contact the sales person (Phillip) the next day( or after )of the purchase. He was on vacation 3 days a week for at least 2 weeks time. This was a terrible experience and the company should learn from it but I will never step foot in this establishment and will never advise anyone to visit, look or ever purchase from this company! Phillip told me they are different. 1, we won't keep u here for hours. I was there close to 8 hours. 2. We won't run your credit with lots of banks... lies. This part still doesn't make sense especially when ur credit score is over 800! 3, you offer discounts and gift cards that u really don't give. How do you take $500 off the interest rate? The lies told to me. Smh! Yes u were funny and entertaining and that was appreciated. You were also insulting. I still can't believe you asked if I had someone alter/fix my credit as if I didn't have legit credit on my own! I work hard on my credit! My mom does too... btw she is still receiving "denial letters" somehow. I have 14 hits on my credit due to this situation. It was also weird that the car I text drove was switched out at the last minute for a different color car and no explanation. I will say that I really liked the first car and the 2nd car was a little bit louder when starting but either way there was no way I would pay $30,000 for 2019 Malibu. This was a terrible experience!
