Good Morning, and I hope that you had an amazing Christmas holiday. I cannot stress enough how sorry I am for the experience you had at our dealership. It is rare that the staff has enough time to stand around and chat, but even if they did have some down time that was NO excuse for the language that you heard, or for the lack of attention that you received. If there was another client that Jasper was helping during your visit there wasn't any reason we could not have had someone else help them, especially if other sales people were available. I usually respond to negative reviews with the hopes that I can "right" what may have been wronged. In your case there doesn't seem to be anything I could possibly do to make up for this and I wanted to give you my sincerest apologies, at the very least. I hope in the future you will give us another opportunity to earn your respect/business, as this is not a typical day in our store. Ms Biddle, Thank you for sharing your comments. I was not here last night so I did not hear about this until getting notification of your review. Please understand when we deliver a car it goes through a delivery checklist. If there was an issue with the tire we would not have let you leave with the car. If there was a hole in it then it would have immediately lost pressure and would have alerted you, before you left the store, or even on the way home, of the change in pressure.
