I wrote a negative review a few days ago, that caught the attention of the man I had been trying to reach to discuss the problem we had with the breakdown of our Sonata. Mr. Selig called me and told me th attention of the man I had been trying to reach to discuss the problem we had with the breakdown of our Sonata. Mr. Selig called me and told me they wanted to help me. Then Mr. Ballin returned my calls and told me they would remunerate me for the breakdown, previous towing expenses we had incurred and give us a free oil change. A check is in the works and just needs a signature. Four hundred eighty-one hundred dollars will be returned to us. With sincere apologies made by Mr. Selig and Mr. Ballin, we feel we have been heard and appreciate so much their help. We will continue to bring our car to Elgin Hyundai and will recommend them highly. More

Igor our salesman was extremely helpful. They were very busy, and even though he was with other clients he made us feel special too. He can multi task very well!!! I was introduced to the sales executive Nicky, and I explained my budget, and asked her if she can get me a deal that would not be more than what I can afford. After a couple of hours, I was approved and was Happy that Ana helped me get my 2011 Santa Fe. I highly recommend Elgin Hyundai for any new car or used car purchases. More
