**BUYER BEWARE** Classic bait and switch dealer. I was looking at a Rav4 Hybrid that was in stock at this location. Their own website listed the car at MSRP but when I arrived I was surprised that t I was looking at a Rav4 Hybrid that was in stock at this location. Their own website listed the car at MSRP but when I arrived I was surprised that there was a $5k markup. I had asked what was that about and they had said they were adding an optional ceramic coating as well as some type of low budget lo-jack system. The salesman had clearly mentioned these were optional, so I told him I decided to take the option to NOT add those things. He does the dance and comes back with his manager, the manager says they can't take those options off because once the car arrives they send it off to a 3rd party to have those options installed. Long story short we negotiated down to $3k over MSRP, but I still didn't feel right paying over MSRP. Then they tried to throw the classic "chip shortage" and "this is a hot vehicle", DUHHHH that's why I want to buy it! I ended up walking away from the $3k markup. A couple days later I ended up finding a better deal at MSRP. PLEASE think twice before talking to these scam artists. More
