However, the sales people-from the day I bought the car, to each time I’ve been back to have the car serviced, do not seem to care about customer experience. I walk in the door and see sales guys talking to each other, notice me, and let me wander around until I find someone to ask for help. I hope the service department gets paid well, they truly deserve it. The service department is the absolute only reason I would get my next car from this dealership. More
