Went to Acura for an oil change and was informed it would take 2 hours to get it done. It was finished in a little more than an hour. I received a video of a check on tires and brakes which resulted in a go take 2 hours to get it done. It was finished in a little more than an hour. Kinda felt mansplaned to and asked to have my washer fluid filled during my service. That wasn’t done. Also tried to upsell needless services that were not outlined on the 25k mileage package like an al fluid filled during my service. That wasn’t done.
