Elite Acura helped me in a major way today and I owe them a big thank you so hopefully this suffices. On our way from FL to MA in our RDX we had a a mishap in NJ that slightly damaged our side wall tire. Giv a big thank you so hopefully this suffices. On our way from FL to MA in our RDX we had a a mishap in NJ that slightly damaged our side wall tire. Given 300 miles left we needed it to be checked before we could continue our trip, especially since the RDX does not have a spare. I showed up early at Elite and they took me right in even though they were very busy. After inspection it turned out we didn’t need a new tire. They could have easily said I did to get a sale as they likely would never see me again, and we didn’t buy our car from them. To boot they washed the car and didn’t charge me anything. Great service manager and rep. Elite is fantastic and it reaffirms why we bought an Acura. More

I will say I’ve been taking my car in fir service since 2017 and this is the first time I’ve had an advisor that seemed to car about me as a customer. I found her to be very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. You need to give her a $50 gift certificate like my company used to do for superior customer service. It’s probably gone up to $100 now since with my old company. Maybe she can give a training class on customer service. More
