Excellent Service The people at Elite Auto Brokers made every effort in attempting to make my experience as great as making a certified purchase from a Mercedes deale The people at Elite Auto Brokers made every effort in attempting to make my experience as great as making a certified purchase from a Mercedes dealer but at a much better price. Because only one key was available causing me to pay a dealer $400 for a spare, they issued me a $100 check to defray that cost. My salesman also lowered the already-below-market asking price by another $500. In addition, when my brake pads needed replacement within a month of the purchase, Elite Auto Brokers also handled that free of charge. This was on top of providing me two years of free oil and air filter changes similar to what a certified dealer offers. Plus, I was able to purchase a top of the line bumper-to-bumper warranty like I would get at a Mercedes dealer. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend Elite Auto Brokers. They did not conclude business with an exchange of a vehicle for funds; they continued to make sure I was happy. Ben and Dean were great to work with. More
