I am writing my review again about the horrible treatment at this dealership. Vehicles on the website do not belong to Elite Mitsubishi, most of them belong to there other store Autolux NY and Universal Aut at this dealership. Vehicles on the website do not belong to Elite Mitsubishi, most of them belong to there other store Autolux NY and Universal Autos both in Long island They dont pay off trade in because they have no money to do it THEY ARE BROKE If you bought a car and its not registered, you never got the plates Margie and Carmen handle that in the store, CALL NYS DMV of NYC DCA and file a complaint If you traded in a car and it wasnt paid off to your bank Carmen handles that , Call NYS DMV and NYC DCA and file a complaint If you bought a warranty from them and they never paid for it If you cancelled a warranty and you were not refunded for it Rachel and Debra do that, Call NYC DCA NYS Attorney General and your bank that loaned you the money for the car and tell them it was not refunded or paid If you were sold a broken car, Call NYS dmv and NYC DCA (311) and NYS Attorney General The cars are not sereviced so if you have a issue no one will help you the hire unqualified mechanics because they do not want to pay qualified ones They are scammers , the service manager is a receptionist and not a manager because they didnt want to pay for a real manager More
