Waiting time was to long just for oil change, took over 3 hours. The service should come with tire rotation service. But they did not rotation my tires. Very bad service. .Despite multiple service visits, the dealer Elite Mitsubishi (Jamaica, NY) has only “recharged” the battery instead of performing the proper diagnostic or load test I requested. The same issue keeps Mitsubishi (Jamaica, NY) has only “recharged” the battery instead of performing the proper diagnostic or load test I requested. The same issue keeps happening, and now the car will not start at all, even with a jump. I also need to report unprofessional and dishonest behavior from the dealer’s service department. A service representative falsely claimed that I refused to give them time to test the car, which is untrue. I have been cooperative and have repeatedly requested a full diagnostic and a copy of my second service record — but I have not received it despite multiple follow-ups. The vehicle is currently non-operational and parked at my home, and the dealer refused to assist with towing. More
Don't buy a car here. Manager added in additional $1,100 in charges on top of what was already conveyed to me by the salesperson and what the stated price was on CarGurus. Also, it was advertised as not being in an accident, and they even showed me a Carfax report stating that the car had not been in an accident. I relied on that with the purchase. When I took the car home to a couple places for inspection, they both pointed out where the car had been damaged and repainted - drip marks were even showing. Ugh! They did 125 point inspection. What they missed were close to $2,000 worth of maintenance that hadn't been done. Brakes, Belts, belt tensioner. An overall experience that could have been much better. More
