Used car Just because my car isnt brand new does not mean I should have to of paid for a rental for 2 weeks when the work being done is from warranty. I seen at least 10 loaner cars from other dealerships driving around. Ive been a gm customer for almost 10 years since i started driving. My family all gm drivers. Suggest you make it a point to make your customers feel more than a $. Love my buick but hey i love hondas and and nissans now too. Maybe ill take my business to them for a brand new car? Not sure yet. We'll see how things come out. Your actual workers are not to blame it's upper management themselves. Fix this whole issue of sell sell sell. Take care of your customers better and maybe you'd get more business? More

When the work was completed, he had the car washed and then delivered to me. Poor communication As nice as each person was at the dealership the communication is terrible. Had to wait over a month to get a 2nd key to our new truck. We had to keep As nice as each person was at the dealership the communication is terrible. Had to wait over a month to get a 2nd key to our new truck. We had to keep following up. Multiple times told it was ordered but told later it was not. This happened 3 times-no key. Finally it arrived should take 30 minutes and waited 1 hour 50 minutes. They apologize and are nice but actions never match. this was even with a scheduled appointment. I’d worry if I actually need real service done at the facility. This was just getting the key that comes with the truck. Great employees but poor leadership or management to set a follow up in place. More
