I was shopping on the internet because of availability on new vehicles and found the one that fit my needs. I inquired on line and the salesman called me. We talked and he was very nice. After discussing the price advertised he mentioned the price listed was msrp and that the Elk Grove Dealership had a dealer additional mark up of $20,000. (I'm not exaggerating) after negotiating they did offer to take of $8,000 from the $20,000 mark up. This tells me exactly what this organization is like overall, from service to sales. No thanks I'll buy elsewhere from a fair trade and forthright dealer. Avoid greedy and sleight of hand dealers. More
