Service I Doug Mukai had an appointment on 09/26/2018 @ 1100hrs (Wednesday): As soon as I drove into the service carport I was immediately greeted by Mark Lop I Doug Mukai had an appointment on 09/26/2018 @ 1100hrs (Wednesday): As soon as I drove into the service carport I was immediately greeted by Mark Lopez a service advisor. He was courteous, friendly asked what I was here for, retrieved my vehicle miles, left the keys in my vehicle and walked me to the the service area. Lopez immediately started my service report plus looked up my request regarding the recall on my 2015 GMC Sierra SLT. He advised my that my oil change, rotation, multi-point inspection, plus the recall fix would approximately take 2 1/2 long. That was the first time any service advisor informed me how long my vehicle would take to complete. Overall my services from the service depart has been great the past 3 years since the purchase my truck from the dealership. Keep up the great work!!! Doug MUkai More
