Overall, we received great service. I understand buying a new car is nothing to rush about, and Mitch absolutely did not rush the process. Also, the signing process was quick and easy. I would have loved to have given a 5 star, however, upon leaving the lot, I was informed I needed to come back to drop off the vehicle for a few days to complete a couple of things, including having the body shop take care of a few long scratches on the side of the car. Obviously, it's not the best feeling spending hours at the dealership to look for the vehicle of your choice, only to see that it already needed cosmetic work before leaving the lot. I informed Mitch, prior to taking the vehicle for a test drive, my husband and I both walked around the vehicle and did not recall seeing the scratches. These were not minor or small scratches. It was extremely noticeable and I would have opted for another vehicle had I seen that on the car. I understand, the work will be done to take care of the damage, and, while I appreciate it's going to be resolved without any costs to me, it just made the buying experience disappointing. Plus, a loaner was not offered since the vehicle requires a few days of work, which causes an inconvenience on us now. More

I had a fantastic experience with the sales rep, Rajab Alazzeh! Thursday 12/26 , I called and inquired on a used Chevy Traverse and on Friday 12/27 I received news I was not able to get approved witho Alazzeh! Thursday 12/26 , I called and inquired on a used Chevy Traverse and on Friday 12/27 I received news I was not able to get approved without a large sum down payment which I did not have available. However— Raj worked swiftly to get me approved for a new 2025 Chevy Trax and he also assisted me with trading in my 2009 Honda CRV which I was no Longer to keep due to high mileage, etc.. On Saturday 12/28, I drove to the dealer in Elk Grove to pickup the new car. Now, it took me 1 hour to sign financing paperwork & trade in the Honda. Thanks to Toms help in finance for expediting the paperwork process! All in all, a nice experience with Maita Chevrolet. More
