Service advisor was absolutely no help. All he did was facilitate the paperwork. My vehicle needed an air filter, nothing was said about it until I was there to pick up the vehicle. Noted on my service paperwork that my brakes were making a “growling” noise when you depressed the petal. Service advisor said NOTHING about this nor did he offer any suggestions as what it may be or offer to look at it. You would think that since it was there I may want it looked at but it seems like all he wanted was for me to go away. I’ll have another shop that actually communicates with the service tech look at it. Over the years the service has gone downhill at this dealerships service dept. More

Service writers are friendly, overall it takes too long to get anything done there. I’ve lived in multiple states and dealt with multiple dealerships.
