Merv greeted me and connected me with the right The staff at Maita Chevrolet did an excellent job of helping me to feel comfortable at the dealership. Merv greeted me and connected me with the right people to get me out of a bad loan and into a great car. Merv had to help another customer while I was there, so he sent Jose Vega over to help me find a car that I liked and Jose took me on my test drive. Jose did a good job of explaining the differences between the various models and I am so glad that Jose recommended that I buy a car with leather seats since I drive for Uber and Lyft. Merv followed up with me after my purchase, helping me to learn the finer points of On Star, using the radio, WiFi, and playing songs through my phone (I'm a bit partial to Spotify since it is only $9.99 per month and it gives me unlimited access to almost every song ever made.) Anytime that I encounter an issue that I cannot resolve through the Owner's manual, Merv is there to guide me through what I need to do to continue enjoying my awesome car. Thanks for everything guys! More
