Salesman David This is the second Equinox I bought from David at Maiti. I have always been a Ford person, but from my first Equinox to my second David has been my sa This is the second Equinox I bought from David at Maiti. I have always been a Ford person, but from my first Equinox to my second David has been my salesman. He is knowledgeable of the different models Chev has to offer, he is not pushy yet very straightforward. This time I told David what features and color I wanted in my new Equinox. He search his inventory list until he found it for me. Then we walked the lot looking for it as he wasn't exactly sure which lot it was in as it had just arrived. I keep going back to Maiti because if David. If he had been off, I would have left on Sunday and returned when he was working. David is your guy if you are looking for a new Chev. You need to see Rich Barbour! I have not looked nor purchased a car since 2002. Needless to say, I was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect. I had been looking on-line for a particular car and found what I wanted at Maita. As much as I perused the internet, I kept coming back to that car. So, I got out of my comfort zone and emailed Rich Barbour. He responded immediately and we set a date to go look and test drive the vehicle. I fell in love with it. I had gone with pre-approved financing from my credit union and they offered to check and see what they could offer. I huge difference in the rate!!! Working with Rich Barbour and Bubba was a joy. After I test drove the car, I noticed a slight imperfection in the windshield. Maita replaced it without hesitation! My nervousness regarding shopping for a car was quickly put to rest once I arrived at Maita Chevrolet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

He helped me in a NO pressure environment to decide what I wanted. It's one thing to internet search but quite another to get the look and feel and Rich got four keys and off we went. This saner personal touch and experience the finance officer applied to my contract signing. I had initially come in with USAA warranty but he provided a competitive price AND an additional year and that met my goals. So once again tailoring the experience to match my needs and it's that personal touch that justifies my high rating. More
