I told him I wanted the car and he said no problem, send me some information and I'll have the paperwork prepared and Fed Ex'd. Josh sent me a copy via email before sending and to my surprise, there were no "extended warranties", "tire packages", etc. - just the price advertised plus tax, title and license. Unbelievable and completely refreshing. Paperwork arrived as promised. Completed the paperwork and sent in a cashier's check and now the car is ready to be picked up in a few weeks when I can make the trip up to Elk Grove!! Whole purchase completed by phone/mail in a matter of four days! Simply the most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Thanks again to Josh and Anthony (sales manager) for their friendly and helpful assistance and for their integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Kevin Luiz to all prospective buyers---he does not pressure his customers for a sale, but does everything he can to answer all questions posed to him in a professional, quick and courteous manner. Eric was highly professional, and every detail of our encounter with him was handled with fairness, trust, and attention to detail I have come to value in ANY Customer Service experience!
