37 days to replace my battery. Almost no updates unless I called repeatedly. No loaner car available. Car was returned filthy from sitting on lot for a month and greasy fingerprints from repair staff. Was just handed keys and expected to locate my own car somewhere on service lot. Plenty of service staff always around, but from young to senior, all are busy talking to each other and barely paying attention to customers. More
