This dealership has subpar service every time I go to take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your vehicle expecting that by mid day or the end of the day they would call you to update you about your vehicle and the issue. They FAIL TO DO SO. I would have to make the phone call and track someone down to get an update. It’s bad service and frustrating to the customer. This happens EVERY TIME. Also, If a service advisor goes on break there should be someone covering for that person. I’ve complained time and time again . I’ve spoken to the manager who seems lazy himself. Seen In his office with his feet up. He should be answering the phones and helping with customers service! I would never buy a Jeep again just because I don’t want to have to deal with bad service every time I go. I even told them to tag my account that I’m going to nail them for bad service if I’m not treated correctly as I will be voicing my complaints! You would think they would listen but they don’t seem to care! I have zero issues at Other dealerships ! Mercedes, Toyota, bmw, and. Audi all top notch service. I went to this dealership because they had they had the vehicle i was looking for, when i started to send my information in to get contacted i never got contacted. When i called the dealership no one picke vehicle i was looking for, when i started to send my information in to get contacted i never got contacted. When i called the dealership no one picked up the phone. Towards the end i get in touch with a guy named Daniel. Which i never met. Instead of him i met another guy who is an internet sales manager which he totally made my experience really bad. No matter which option i tried giving options for both him and I he completely just brushed it off and kept trying to push me to go look at another dealership. He tried giving me an offer for my trade in which he never did the appraisal with a full inspection instead he just told me we could not make a deal and did not try to give me other options to even try to come to a deal. He just kept refusing and saying no deal was possible. When i ask to talk to the manager he denied that and he told me that tomorrow he could talk to him. I left the dealership and the next day i recieved an email from the general sales manager Devin Bizzozero asking how my expierence was and i told him it was not a pleasant one that i wanted to attempt going and talking directly to him and with him everything changed. He helped us and treated us correctly. A deal was possible to be made which the complete opposite of what the other guy had told us. At the end of the day he made the deal possible and was very helpful and well as kurt and josue. They were the most helpful and really changed our experience at that dealership. More
