He is knowle Kyle Brown is not your normal salesperson. This is my 2nd Jeep I have bought from Kyle at Elk Grove Jeep and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is knowledgeable and listens to what you want and advises based on that not what they need to get rid of. Kyle had all my financing and trade in info ran before I got to the show room and made it a super easy purchase of my new 2017 Rubicon Unlimited. Kyle had me work with Keith Baker as well for the signing of all the paper documents and he was great as well. I felt no pressure from either and definitely recommend Elk Grove Jeep to all my friends and family! More

Was looking for a used car...bought a new one! I went looking for a reliable, fairly new, used car and ended up buying a brand new one! I met Mo outside the dealership and explained what I was look I went looking for a reliable, fairly new, used car and ended up buying a brand new one! I met Mo outside the dealership and explained what I was looking for and my financial situation. He was easy to talk to, not pushy at all. I test drove a used Chrysler 200 and really liked it. When we started talking cars and terms, Mo was able to put me into a brand new car within my very limited budget. The whole dealership was abuzz with the great deal I got. I am 65 years old and have never bought a brand new car before. I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend them to one and all. More

Promises change when its time to purchase Unethical dealer. Made promises to payment, price and down payment to get me and my wife to come to the dealership 3 hours from us. We had set amounts Unethical dealer. Made promises to payment, price and down payment to get me and my wife to come to the dealership 3 hours from us. We had set amounts in text from a manager that I had talked to the night before at the dealership. When we got there they couldn't do the deal at all. Wasted our time completely. We ended up purchasing the truck at a higher price because it was too far to come again. That was our foolishness. Also promised bedliner and floor mats then denied at the end. Ended without a walk around, didn't explain the vehicle or even set up my phone. Buyer beware. Promised in writing 410 payment times 84 months. ended up with 410 for 90 month at a higher rate. More

In 3 days we stopped at 10 different dealerships. Elk grove was awesome, by far the best experience out of all places. We moved from elk grove only to come back and buy a jeep. Best Dealership I've been to with friendly staff. Herbie was our salesman and was helping us out throughout this entire process. He was very kind and knowledgeable from the first time that I called in Herbie was our salesman and was helping us out throughout this entire process. He was very kind and knowledgeable from the first time that I called in looking for my vehicle. He promised us a very good deal on AA new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I spoke to several other dealerships, and Herbie and this Dealership were by far the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable, and cheapest as well. Once we got to the dealership, on a very busy Saturday, Herbie had everything ready to go and had pulled out vehicle out from the back to the front before we even got there. Paperwork was quick and everything went really smooth. I would love to recommend Herbie and Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone looking for a vehicle. Just an overall great experience. More
