All good until I went to get in the car. I found the passenger front hub cap hanging off. None of the 4 hubcaps were correctly aligned to the valve stem so they were not mounted correctly ei I found the passenger front hub cap hanging off. None of the 4 hubcaps were correctly aligned to the valve stem so they were not mounted correctly either. I ended up placing the loose hubcap in the car, removed the other 3 when I got home and reinstalled all 4 caps. Note: these are replacement hubcaps that are only about a month old so it wasn't that they were already failing. I showed James before I left and he offered to pull it back into the bay for the technician to reinstalled but i didn't have time. More

The service was good. The service advisor called and asked if I could come earlier than the appointment time. That worked out beneficially for me. Absolutely loved whoever the technician was. They provided a video that showed and explained what was wrong with my car. Jose Uribe on the other hand, I wasn't too happy with. My car ended up being at the dealership for almost two weeks and Jose never called with updates on what was going on. I had to constantly call to see what was going on with my vehicle. What made it worse was each time I called he never answered and at times he never even gave me a call back. At several points I would have to call the main line to try to get updates, even requesting a manager at one point. There was a service advisor by the name of Joe I believe who went above and beyond for me to find out the information regarding my vehicle, down to looking for the technician himself to gather the information. I will definitely be requesting Joe as my service advisor from now on. More
