Experience was fine. However, the mechanic who worked on my car did not reset the oil change sensor after changing my oil. Had an appointment at 8:45am and was there @ 8:40am. She didn't come out to greet me until 9:10ish. Not friendly and Very low communication after my car had been serviced and had to ask the receptionist She didn't come out to greet me until 9:10ish. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:15 and was told my car would be take about an hour. I came back 3 hours later and was told the car still wasn't done and they would be going to lunch so he didn't know car would be take about an hour. I then reminded him I had an appointment at 9:15 and you told me it was a software update and wouldn't be any more than an hour. He then told me he took the people who were sitting in the lobby waiting get helped fist regardless if they have an appointment or not. I then expressed so I have to wait here in order to he helped with no estimate of when my vehicle will be done and he said yes. I then called somebody for a ride and Mike is yelling from his back office that the lady who was here before me waited inside for 4 hours which is fine but the 4 other men who came in after me with no appointment got serviced first because they waited in the lobby. I then asked the lady at the front why he is yelling at me from the back office and why he can't come up here and speak with me because it's very unprofessional the way he is yelling from the back.
