She did not tell me the result of her,investigation however she did offer to have me bring my vehicle back in to complete my service. Wait time for ny oil change was approximately two hours, but I was given that timeframe ahead of time so it was not a problem. overall was ok, service tech did not know that he supposed to reset oil life, service advisor did not add notes to repair order regarding issue with battery saver mode, I showed her the issue on my f supposed to reset oil life, service advisor did not add notes to repair order regarding issue with battery saver mode, I showed her the issue on my ford pass app that car goes into saver mode within a few minutes after car is shut off. I will make another appointment to have software update done that is a known issue, was even advised of this by tony in fleet service More
