What is the point of making an appointment? ?? Took 3 hours and 25 minutes to get a simple oil change. I expected it to take an hour and would wait. Upon arrival for my appointment I was told t ?? Two hours later truck still hadn't moved. Was told to expect it to take another 1 hr 15 min. 1 hr 40 minutes it was finally done. Staff was courteous and apologetic. That might make up for a small delay, but not for wasting most of my day. More
