I was greeted with a smile and professional courtesy. He reviewed my services and turned on the television while I waited. After the service, the technician reviewed everything via video. Before I left he came to my car and saw where my back window wiper was missed. He installed and apologized for the miss. I didn't even know it was missed. This is what I call excellence at its best.
