I was grateful that I did not have to drive to the dealer ship. The mobile mechanic came to my house he was on time he was polite he was courteous, he got the recall problem corrected quickly and he assured ship. Most everything was good. The exception was the notification of when the truck would be picked up. It kept getting put off, and ended up 1 hour later than what was notified. In the afternoon there was a mix-up with my former address and my current address. The truck was delivered initially at the former address. Supposedly, the intake person was supposed to correct the address in the morning. The pickup was at my correct address, but the return of the vehicle was my former address. One would assume that the dealership would have gotten the address correct because they picked it up at my address. However ended up delivering at the incorrect address. More
