I think the dealership in it's entirety is great because of my experience during my vehicle purchase. However, I'm not too sure about the services (regular maintenances) being performed, and as a Lithia Mem of my experience during my vehicle purchase. Because of my past experiences and recent experience. Additional ot appears care and accountability are not taken during the service. My vehicle was damaged during the recent visit and I had to escalate the issue to the Service Manager. Although the service manager agreed to have the vehicle repaired, I have been reaching to both the repair shop and the service Manager to no avail but I will follow up to have this issue addressed. If not because of the Lithia Membership and the location convenience, I would have consider service location. More
For roughly 6-12 months, I have had problems getting through to their service department (main, not quick lane). Unfortunately, I have needed things looked at that can't be handled through quick lane, b through to their service department (main, not quick lane). Unfortunately, I have needed things looked at that can't be handled through quick lane, but even scheduling something is virtually impossible. They constantly use the AI assistant (which is a joke) or ship you online. I understand cost/benefit and gaining efficiencies, but that doesn't mean cutting off human interactions entirely. Horrible and not good business practice. You really need to take another look at your internal procedures or at the very least, hold people accountable for fulfilling customer service. There are other Ford dealerships that do answer their phone and I have no problems driving further. More
