I had an extremely frustrating experience with Mike McKnight due to his poor communication. The only time he reached out was when issues with my car were reported, but otherwise, he was unreachable. I called his office multiple times, but his phone number seemed useless. There was no courtesy call or update to inform me whether my car was ready for pickup or being held overnight. This lack of communication forced me to miss a day of work and required me to contact the front office just to get answers, only to learn my car was ready. Mike’s unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism made this a terrible experience. More

Tires were 10 years old and started to show significant wear. Service advisor called to inform me and recommended replacement. I readily agreed. The staff at the front Quick Lane counter were not friendly or courteous in the slightest way. Someone’s bandaid was left in my truck, probably one of the mechanics, and the tires were way over inflat friendly or courteous in the slightest way.
