The service was completed in a very timely fashion and James kept me informed of the status throughout the day. Car was dropped off at 10 am. Maybe bc I didn’t wait there my car wasn’t prioritized. I had to call at 2 pm for a follow up. She said there was going to be another inspection. I said ok I may not be available today for pick up it may have to be the next day. I didn’t get a follow up call. I called at 5 pm no return call. The next morning we went to pickup the car. Read the piece of paper to see if there was anything wrong and what was done before I signed. Minimal interaction with the advisor. She just give me the key and said my car was parked outside. Would come and get another advisor. More
