The dealership doesn't seem to be very welcoming, I felt like my presence was a bother to them. I dropped my vehicle off for service on 5 items, a couple were intermittent so I understand they may not be ea like my presence was a bother to them. Out of the 5 items they only found or attempted to correct one, the window squeak. They left my window full of grease and dirty hand prints, they slightly damaged door panel. They just left me a voicemail at the end of the following business day to say I could come pick it up and nothing was found except for the window squeak. When I went to pick it up the service writer I was dealing with was at the counter but looked right at me and walked away without even acknowledging me, it is common courtesy to recognize my presence, even to just say 'I'm busy with another customer right now, but let me know if you have any questions." There were no Curtis’s vehicles available. They left the oil cap off of my vehicle and cracked the trim piece because of it under the hood. When the vehicle was returned to me clips were missing from the fabric liner on the hood, my engine was smoking from the degreaser. There was poor communication as far as what to expect after the cleaning, like continued smoking etc. seems like there is an inspection issue at this facility. More
