Why do they not order my parts for an oil change ahead of time and have them there for my appointment? I was told the appointment is just to hold the time and they need to get the part still since they are n time and have them there for my appointment? Over all good service provided me a ride home and delivered my vehicle to my home after it was finished. The rep that helped me in Quick service was absolutely the best.
