I brought my car in on Thursday and they were able to schedule my car for service the next morning. It took several days for them to determine the issue then told me what needed to be done. My service advisor was great but overall service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked for my truck to be washed after they had it for over a month and it was returned dirty back to me.
