Bought a used Kia a year ago and was pleasantly surprised by how much I wound up loving it - so when I decided to buy a new car I thought it might be nice to get another Kia. The people in service at this dealership have been fantastic (Ron is the one I typically work with) but I didn't have experience with the sales team. Yesterday I was able to buy a new Soul without any pressure or annoying salesmanship -- Herbie was great, showing me all the vehicles I thought I was interested in and waiting for me to ask about the Soul, which I had originally told him didn't interest me. :)) The best news is that my 13 year old son loves the new Soul too -- and being 13, there isn't much he loves these days! More
