Customer service was excellent. On our first visit to Elk Grove Subaru we met Dave Melo. He was friendly and easy to talk with. This pleased me as I did research on their ranking with reporting agencies etc. Dave verified a lot of what I read and I learned many other details about Subarus. The best thing was when we were ready to leave we had no pressure to stay. This pleased us a great deal. We returned a second time just to look closer at an Impreza and check out the interior up close. Dave wasn't available that day but the sales person on duty was also very cordial and didn't attempt to keep us on the lot which we appreciated. Again no major pressure. Third visit we made an appointment with Dave, drove three different models, one twice, and after some negoatiating we received a great price and purchased a Legacy. Brandon Vaughn in the finance department did very well explaining additional options and prepared those we chose. Service washed and preped the car, filled the tank full and Dave gave us a thorough briefing on the cars operational characteristics and accessories. Overall we had an outstanding experience! I was looking for a new silver Forester XT and this dealership had one in stock. I called and Saun answered. Since this dealership was 200+ miles away, Saun made sure that the car was in stock. After researching for months and test driving other brands, it was an easy choice for me to pick the Subaru Legacy with AWD. Living in the foothills, I knew I may have to drive quite a ways to get my brands, it was an easy choice for me to pick the Subaru Legacy with AWD. Living in the foothills, I knew I may have to drive quite a ways to get my new Subie. Well, it was so worth it. Since I pass through Auburn to get to Sacramento, I stopped at the local dealer there. This was a mistake - as the selection was nill and the pressure was high (I was not even offered a test drive). So getting back on the road to my original destination (Elk Grove Subaru) I already knew they had the exact model and color I wanted. My salesman was Ross Sall. NO PRESSURE from Ross - just an easy going gentlmen who is very informed on features, and yes; he DID offer me a test drive! The facility had a great selection, and many unpopulated side roads for that thurough test drive. Ross was easy going in the negotiation process. Eventhogh I was already pre-approved for a loan, the finance dept made sure I knew all my options for other lenders (with no pressure). Once I was handed the keys, the car was fully detailed, gas topped off, and Ross hooked up my bluetooth phone to my gorgeous new car. He even demonstrated "bluetooth audio" music - which was something I had never tried before, but WOW it's cool! More

I visited two other local Subaru dealers . Their customer response was slow and filled with the same old crap . I called Jerry Reynolds of Carprousa and was referred to Elk Grove Subaru . Zach was really informative and fully explained the process , what I could expect and when my vehicle would be there . You see this wasn`t my first purchase , but Zach didn`t know this . I`d never met him or bought from Elk Grove Subaru before today . At 59 yrs old I had been involved in this process before . When my Crosstrek arrived Zach called on his day off so I could see the vehicle right away . You see Zach treated me the same way he`d wish to be treated . I knew my choice of dealership was correct . After viewing , test driving and then completing the purchase agreement for my wife`s new Subaru I was down the road . The only thing left for me that day was happily handing the keys to my surprised and loving wife . Thanks Zach for making this day a great event and a wonderful day . More
